CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure I can provide the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy. • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the original service price. This also applies to appointments missed without notice ("no-shows"). • I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. While the cancellation fee still applies, communication is always appreciated.
